Raven is out of FC AFC B. Dock Beacon, MH, GSPCA 2005 Amateur Gundog of the year and our 2013 GSPCA Field Trial Dam of the year FC AFC Wolf Plain Brook's Sally, MH. Raven has not only proven herself a top competitor at trials, but as a wildbird dog. She is extremely biddable and has a HUGE heart. She has a very effortless run and she covers alot of area in very little time. She puts her all into everything she does. She is very intelligent and has a very good nose. She always give 100 percent. Raven went to her first JH test at exactly 6 months of age. She was steady to wing, shot, and backed her bracemate. She is truly a unique little dog that is always impressing us as well as the people who watch her work. At the NAGDC two of her finds were woodcock. She has a natural retrieve and a strong desire to work with her handler but with lots of independence. She is truly one of those "ONCE IN A LIFETIME DOGS" ...however she is passing her amazing traits to her offspring....Amazing in the field and easy to live with in the house. When Raven is not competing she is used as our personal hunting partner for Woodcock, Grouse, Quail, and pheasant.
